Sales/Support Engineer

The Sales/Support Engineer is involved in supporting pre- and post-sales activities. S/he must be able to coordinate efforts with support team and other departments to solve customer needs and requirements. General knowledge of networking and telecommunications is required. A desire to learn about new IP communications technologies is helpful. Personal warmth and enthusiasm for developing customer relationships is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to travel (up to 40%).
  • Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • New graduates welcome. Internships available.
  • Multiple openings based in LA and Boston.
